TP vehicle identification is a system that enables your company cars to get fuel automatically at Turkish petroleum stations without paying money and collecting an invoice. Then my mileage of the car as well as the information about the fuel are electronically sent to the customer. This system helps companies or individual users to track their fuel spending accurately.

Başvuru Formu

A vehicle with a TP vehicle identification logo which drives into a Turkish Petroleum station informs the attendant that they will be filling from the TP vehicle identification system. An antenna installed at the tip of the pump nozzle receives all the information about the vehicle with the help of another antenna installed in the tank and sends all information about the vehicle to the TP vehicle identification control center at the site.

TP Vehicle Identification control unit reads the information and checks the records of the vehicle in the company and gives approval for the transaction. Once the tank is full, the TP Vehicle Identification control unit prints out all the details about the transaction in three copies. The receipt indicates the name of the company that owns the vehicle, the make of the car, the license plate, the station where the tank was filled and the time, mileage at the time of the filling. The driver of the vehicle leaves the station without collecting a receipt or invoice and paying cash.

All transactions carried out via TP Vehicle Identification are electronically transferred to the Turkish Petroleum HQ at certain times of the day and the information collected there is sent to the authorized bank to make periodic collections. Turkish Petroleum issues invoices on the 15th and last day of the month. The sum is automatically collected from the authorized bank on the 10th day following the invoice date using the direct deposit account.
